I am an Applied Economics Ph.D. from the Department of Applied Economics - University of Minnesota. With Master's degree in Economics (Universidad de Los Andes-Colombia), and Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning (University of Minnesota-US).
I am a development economist and urban planning specialist with a strong background in water and sanitation economics,
poverty and equity analysis, and spatial econometrics. With more than a decade of experience consulting for global institutions like the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, I bring deep expertise in empirical research, largescale and spatial data analysis, and policy evaluation across Latin America, South Asia, and the United States.
